All the colours of Holi*
look stale and pale on me
for no colour colours my body
as deep as the colour of your skin
And I can give up
every colour of the world
the reds, yellows, blues and greens
for that one touch of your fingers
dipped in the paint of love
colouring for eternity
my body and my soul
in the indissoluble
boundless and splendid colour
which your body adorns
the only colour
which my skin craves for.
